August was pretty fun for us. We started the month with 5 days at the Oregon Coast. We rented a house just a few blocks from the beach and enjoyed playing in the water, exploring little ocean caves and finding tide pools nearly every day. A little after we got home, we celebrated my birthday. The kids were supposed to start school on the 18th, but the virus spiked around here and they pushed us back to September. So the kids and I decided to head up to WA for a few days. It was great to catch up with my family and enjoy some cooler weather.
