June

Our first month of of school has been an adventure and we have discovered a few things.  We bought a backyard pool and learned that maintenance and ear wig control made it less than desirable.  It was fun for the first little while though.  Lydia went to Volleyball camp at the high school and learned she liked it.  She will be playing school volleyball this fall.  We also learned that kittens falling from trees is a bad thing.  Out kitten's back legs became paralyzed and he lost bowel and bladder function.  He had to be put down.  Our hearts are broken.  He worked his way into them in the month he was around. 

We have also had some fun adventures this month. Tyler had Weblos day camp.  Beau and I each got to go for a day with him.  Lydia had her first girls camp and had so much fun.    She was VERY tired when she got home.  Not much sleeping happens at girls camp. I was able to go to Pocatello and visit a good friend for a day.  We went camping at Sage hen Reservoir and enjoyed hiking, fishing, canoeing and four wheeling. Other than that we have been  playing with friends and enjoying time as a family.  June was pretty mild so we have been outside a lot.  Going for walks, playing in the yard and enjoying this beautiful weather.

I finally finished the quilt I started in December for Lydia.  Just in time for camp

We had outgrown our old tent and got this one this summer.  It is awesome!
