A few other September things. Beau's birthday of course. His good friend Shane has a birthday 5 days before him. Shane is moving out of state soon, so we had a BBQ and celebrated their big day together. Then he got to share his birthday party with Kim as her birthday is the day after his. (This is tradition) His brother also took him to a BSU game.
The weekend after Beau's birthday we heard about a free air show at the air force base and decided to take the kids. On the way their they had some skywriters advertising the show. Both of them only spelled out "AIR SHO". Tyler was convinced it was spelled right and he and Lydia had a great debate over the spelling.
We got to see some big and small planes and watch some fly. It was hot and dry so we didn't stay on base long. We retreated to the car for a picnic lunch and found a church parking lot off base to watch the final show. It was an adventure.
